Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Global Specialist to support the Multinational Client Management team. You will advise on global risk strategy, structure, and regulatory nuances for international programs, coordinating with the network and US teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, client service excellence, and managing a multinational book of business. A broker license and 2–5 years of insurance experience are preferred, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Active Broker’s license preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university; international business or finance preferred
• Insurance industry experience: 2-5 years preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong command of Excel
• Proficiency in foreign language(s), a plus
• Qualified candidates will be those who demonstrate effective verbal and written communication, time management and prioritization, strong attention to detail, customer service capabilities and commitment to personal growth
• Active insurance license required (or ability to obtain and maintain)
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled and digital tools to improve productivity, workflow efficiency, knowledge sharing, and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business, priorities, risk strategies, and needs.
• Advise clients on global risk strategy, program structure, and regulatory nuances.
• Package and present client risk exposures to insurer community to implement best coverage.
• Design and negotiate non-US Casualty program placements; including coverage expertise and service standards.
• Handle large volumes of detailed work including certificates and policies; analyze and track data.
• Build industry knowledge and assist brokerage team with international exposures.
• Communicate with international network on service of global programs; manage communication flow between network and client.
• Review binding documentation and assist in quote comparison; supervise invoicing and payments.
