Job summary

AIG seeks a Senior Multinational Client Executive to lead the service delivery for a portfolio of Tier 1 multinational programs. You will coordinate with underwriters, risk engineers, analytics, and claims to design and service cross-border insurance solutions for global clients.

The role emphasizes strategic client engagement, regulatory adherence, and collaboration with product and distribution teams to drive growth and maintain SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years commercial insurance experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs.
• Client-focused with experience working with multinational corporations and senior client personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage multinational service delivery for assigned portfolio and ensure client experience.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders across Multinational Business Model to ensure design and delivery of programs.
• Collaborate with underwriters and legal to ensure compliant documentation and SLA adherence.
• Lead external service contact and provide updates on program performance to brokers/clients.
