Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Partner to architect and scale a global mobility program for a rapidly growing workforce. You’ll own immigration, relocation, and cross-border employment processes and partner with People, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and leadership to drive compliant, employee‑centric experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, international HR, employment operations, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing US immigration programs and coordinating with external immigration counsel.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or directly managing at least one team member.
• Ability to assess complex, incomplete information and make practical, risk-aware recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define global mobility strategy, service model, policies, escalation paths, and decision rights across immigration, relocation, and cross-border work.
• Oversee immigration case intake, triage, approvals, filings, document collection, status tracking, and employee communications across relevant jurisdictions.
• Own the operational framework for relocations, including eligibility, approvals, vendor coordination, offer and relocation letters, payroll handoffs, and clawback administration.
• Build scalable workflows across Workday, Greenhouse, Asana, case-management tools, and vendor platforms.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, Finance, Payroll, and People Business Partners on cross-border moves and local compliance.
• Coach, develop, and mentor the Global Mobility team; establish ownership, SLAs, and quality standards.
