Job summary

Kovalus Separation Solutions is seeking a Sr. Logistics Manager to oversee global logistics, including transportation, 3PL warehousing, inventory, and distribution. You will ensure cost-efficient supply chain performance, regulatory compliance, and high service levels across Wilmington, MA and international sites.

The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams, strong vendor negotiation, and expertise with ERP/WMS/TMS systems to optimize processes and report on KPI-driven results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Active Licensed Customs Broker required.
• Experience with Hazmat transportation and customs paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor logistics team, 3PL warehouse, and transportation teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, including carriers and 3PLs; negotiate contracts and SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
