Kovalus Separation Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Logistics Manager to lead domestic and international logistics operations from Wilmington, MA.

You will oversee transportation, 3PL warehousing, inventory control, and distribution while driving cost efficiency and regulatory compliance. The role requires 8–10 years in logistics with 3–5+ years in leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and a Licensed Customs Broker credential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Active Licensed Customs Broker required.
• Experience with Hazmat transportation and customs paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor logistics team, 3PL warehouse, and transportation teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, including carriers and 3PLs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
