Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Sr. Logistics Manager in Wilmington, MA to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of domestic and international logistics operations.

You will drive cost control, compliance, and service levels while partnering with freight forwarders and 3PLs across multiple sites globally. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Supply Chain Director and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Active Licensed Customs Broker.
• Experience with Hazmat transportation and customs paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor logistics team, 3PL warehouse, and transportation teams.
• Negotiate contracts and SLAs with carriers and 3PLs; manage inbound/outbound shipping.
