Job summary

Centric Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager of Logistics Operations in Greensboro, NC, with hybrid work: in-office Mon-Thu and remote on Fridays. The role focuses on strategic logistics leadership, network optimization, and proactive problem-solving across international shipments.

You will oversee KPI-driven improvements, guide a team of 4+ with cross-functional partners, and implement best practices across the logistics function to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of international transportation experience in a fast-paced environment with leadership roles.
• BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Management preferred.
• Proven ability to drive KPI improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short/long-term logistics strategies across our network.
• Lead team of 4+ direct reports, mentoring and building the Logistics Department.
• Standardize processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-time, cost-effective shipments globally.
