Apple, Inc. seeks a seasoned Lease Manager to oversee a portion of its Global Real Estate portfolio.

You will manage lease administration, ensure data integrity in the system of record, and drive timely reporting of critical dates for informed decision-making. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Real Estate, Legal, Tax and Finance, supporting audits and process improvements to reduce risk and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Lease Management with database/records management.
• BA or BS in Business, Real Estate, Finance or equivalent.
• Ability to review, interpret and abstract legal real estate documents.
• Proven financial, analytical and creative problem solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee lease administration and data integrity for assigned portfolio.
• Prepare and drive strategic reporting of critical lease dates and portfolio performance.
• Ensure 100% data accuracy by entering lease documents into the system of record.
• Support audits and cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Legal, Tax, and Finance.
