You will maintain lease data accuracy, collaborate across Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and Tax teams, and develop strategies to optimize leased and owned properties, manage payments, and support audits.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in corporate real estate portfolio management or lease administration on the tenant side.
BA or BS in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex lease issues.

Responsibilities

Oversee reporting of key portfolio data, critical dates, and performance metrics.
Ensure 100% data accuracy and integrity of the system of record.
Verify and abstract lease information, updating the database to maintain accuracy.
Manage lease-related agreements (MOUs, SNDAs, assignments, estoppel certificates).
Develop and implement strategies to optimize leased and owned properties.
Research and resolve payment disputes and maintain partner relationships.
Ensure timely collection of tenant allowances, security deposits and related obligations.
Resolve asset management issues and contribute to CapEx funding analysis.
Audit operating expense payments, reconciliations, and billings for compliance.
Collaborate with landlords, property management, legal, and finance teams.
Communicate process updates and strategic goals to stakeholders.
Support portfolio strategy, negotiations, and lease execution with leadership.
