Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in corporate real estate portfolio management or lease administration on the tenant side.
• BA or BS in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex lease issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting of key portfolio data, critical dates, and performance metrics.
• Ensure 100% data accuracy and integrity of the system of record.
• Verify and abstract lease information, updating the database to maintain accuracy.
• Manage lease-related agreements (MOUs, SNDAs, assignments, estoppel certificates).
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize leased and owned properties.
• Research and resolve payment disputes and maintain partner relationships.
• Ensure timely collection of tenant allowances, security deposits and related obligations.
• Resolve asset management issues and contribute to CapEx funding analysis.
• Audit operating expense payments, reconciliations, and billings for compliance.
• Collaborate with landlords, property management, legal, and finance teams.
• Communicate process updates and strategic goals to stakeholders.
• Support portfolio strategy, negotiations, and lease execution with leadership.
