Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Global Real Estate Transactions and Lease Administration Senior Manager to shape and execute our global real estate strategy. You will lead real estate transactions and lease administration across our global portfolio, partnering with business leaders to align strategies with evolving needs, negotiating complex deals, and ensuring lease governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experienced global corporate real estate professional with a track record of managing complex transactions and lease portfolios.
• Strong expertise in commercial real estate transactions, lease negotiations, and portfolio management.
• Ability to evaluate financial, operational, and strategic considerations and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Experience building financial analyses, business cases, budgets, and forecasts to support executive decision-making.
• Knowledge of lease administration, compliance controls, critical date management, and audit practices.
• Skilled negotiator who can manage internal stakeholders, landlords, brokers, and external partners.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• People leader: developing talent, coaching, building high-performing teams.
