Job summary
Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Strategic Business Partner for Global Leadership Development to advise senior leaders and HRBPs. The role intersects business strategy with leadership capability, diagnosing gaps and shaping prioritized development priorities for leaders across the organization.
The SBP will partner with Portfolio Leads and the GLD team to ensure impactful experiences are delivered at the right moments, leveraging AI-enabled learning and innovative solutions to drive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; minimum 3 years in leadership development, talent management or OD with 5+ years total experience.
- Coaching certification is a strong asset and authority to work in the US is required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose leadership capability gaps and translate into prioritized development requirements.
- Lead strategic consulting with senior leaders and HRBPs to align learning with business strategy.
- Design, deliver, and measure leadership development programs and experiences.
