Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in instructional design, adult learning, or HR related field.
• Experience using business metrics and training data to measure impact.
• Experience influencing senior level stakeholders.
• 5+ years in professional learning and development with design, facilitation, and measurement.
• Experience leading engagements with senior/international leaders.
• Experience designing programs for global, cross‑functional teams using data.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage complex leadership curricula aligned with goals to drive behavior change and business impact.
