Lilly in Indianapolis seeks a strategic Global Leadership Development SBP to advise senior leaders, diagnose capability gaps, and set leadership priorities aligned to business needs. You will partner with the Portfolio Lead and GLD team to deliver impactful leadership experiences at scale.

This role requires a strong consulting mindset, English fluency, and the ability to influence executive decisions while driving inclusive, data-informed development across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least 3 years in leadership development or OD.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience overall; authorization to work in the US.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary leadership development advisor to senior leaders and HRBP teams.
• Diagnose capability gaps and align learning with business strategy.
• Translate needs into prioritized development requirements.
• Influence succession planning and talent reviews with credibility.
• Collaborate across GLD with Learning Architect and Impact Strategist.
• Facilitate high-stakes leadership experiences and nominations programs.
• Leverage 360s, psychometrics, and readiness tools for development plans.
• Engage global HR teams and external partners for delivery and impact.
