• 3+ years in leadership development, talent management, or OD; 5+ years total experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary leadership development advisor to senior leaders and HRBPs.
• Diagnose leadership capability gaps and translate needs into prioritized development requirements.
• Provide regular insights on leadership pipeline health and readiness using assessments and tools.
• Collaborate with global HR teams and external partners to deliver programs and measure impact.
• Stay current on leadership development trends and pilot innovative solutions.
