Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years HR or recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage stakeholders.
• Executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading people and projects at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of senior director and VP searches end-to-end.
• Build search strategies based on business priorities and market conditions.
• Direct passive candidate sourcing and present strong slates to managers.
• Coach and develop the leadership recruiting team.
• Advise senior leaders on talent market and offers.
• Partner with HR to anticipate hiring needs and align with business priorities.
• Ensure searches follow Lilly’s recruiting and compliance requirements.
• Leverage AI to improve candidate experience and efficiency.
