Translation seeks a Business Director to lead Eli Lilly workstreams and deepen client relationships across brands. You will guide cross-functional teams, balance creative ambition with regulatory requirements, and drive growth and profitability for a fast-growing agency.

You will mentor Business Leadership talent, collaborate with Program Management, and ensure strategic, client-ready solutions aligned with medical, legal, and regulatory guidance.

Qualificações

• 7-10 years of experience in an agency or communications-related industry.
• Proven success managing integrated campaigns and leading cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on production experience with large-scale, multi-channel initiatives.
• Experience coaching junior account team members and contributing to scope development.
• Understanding of advertising, marketing, media, creative, production, and agency finance.

Responsabilidades

• Act as day-to-day senior business lead across Lilly brands and workstreams.
• Develop understanding of brand priorities, patient experiences, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
• Translate client needs into clear priorities and actionable direction.
• Monitor relationship health and business performance and address issues before they affect the partnership.
• Lead cross-functional teams with clear priorities and shared accountability to deliver work.
