Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP) seeks a Director of Learning and Development to lead the strategy, development, and performance of AMPP's global education portfolio. This senior leader will oversee content quality, innovation, and delivery across formats via a skilled instructor network.

Collaboration with Certification leadership ensures education feeds credentials and drives PPS growth to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in adult education or instructional design
• 10+ years in instructional design, course development, project management, education management, or technical writing
• Experience in not-for-profit/association environments is a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency with modern learning technologies and development tools

Responsabilités

• Develop multi-year education business plan and product roadmap with priorities for new course development, updates, and retirement of courses.
• Lead department in ADDIE, SAME, AGILE and other methodologies to design and develop effective learning solutions across media and delivery modalities.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and market analyses to identify education opportunities for AMPP's global audience.
• Evaluate and integrate technology and best practices in instructional design and content development to align with AMPP's strategic goals.
• Evaluate and select Learning Content Management System and digital delivery platforms and ensure integration with AMS.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and synchronize product development and pricing.
• Design and deliver professional development for instructors leading education's programs.
• Coordinate with Education Program Committee to ensure timely development and retirement of education products.
• Negotiate third-party contracts to maximize financial and strategic alignment.
• Develop capital budget for course development to meet global delivery goals.
• Maintain relationships with learning associations and professionals to enhance AMPP's position; ensure governance and procedures are followed.
• Oversee AMPP's IACET and ISO accreditation efforts and education development.
