Job summary

Association For Materials Protection And Performance (AMPP) is seeking an Education Programs Coordinator to support growth in India by coordinating education programs, logistics, and partnerships. This role collaborates with the Education Strategic Scheduling Specialist to expand AMPP’s presence in strategic geographies and emerging industries, aligning delivery with growth objectives.

Qualifications

• College/university degree in Engineering, Management, or Business Administration.
• MBA and professional certification are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industry, consulting, or professional organizations.
• At least 1 year in a managerial role within a similar reputed organization or corporate environment.
• Experience in marketing, training, events is desirable.
• Experience of working with training institutions will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Align GTM strategy with AMPP priorities and resources.
• Scale up training and skill development activities in India.
• Coordinate training agreements with Education and provide onboarding.
• Support course registration, payment, and communication.
• Conduct needs assessment of new courses in line with growth in India.
• Coordinate and administer course logistics, including instructor travel and facilities.
• Manage course documentation and processes (work orders, packing lists, etc.).
• Oversee contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and accurate financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities for AMPP education programs in strategic geographies and emerging industries.
• Engage with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to promote training solutions.
