Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with substantial management experience.
• Significant leadership experience in events, conferences, or sponsorships.
• Experience managing volunteers and budgets; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop conference, event, and sponsorship strategies for AMPP brands.
• Identify global roadmaps and content opportunities to grow attendance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, price, and deliver integrated event products.
• Benchmark against industry leaders and implement improvements.
• Manage sponsorship sales strategies, costs, and ROI metrics.
• Cultivate alliances and partnerships aligned with AMPP’s mission.
• Coordinate with committees and staff to maintain brand and messaging.
• Forecast and monitor department budgets to meet goals.
• Communicate effectively with staff, members, and partners.
