Job summary

Barclays is seeking an experienced Global Contract Service Macro-Distribution Senior Negotiator to support its derivatives master agreement negotiations across Rates, FX, Credit, Latam and RSG for corporate and private equity clients. You will draft, negotiate and execute ISDA master and collateral agreements and related documents, managing transactions from inception to completion.

The role requires independence, strong negotiation skills with internal teams, and the ability to stay current

Qualifications

• Experience in derivatives master documentation (ISDA) and related agreements.
• Familiarity with loan-linked ISDA terms and Credit Agreements.
• Knowledge of collateral arrangements and credit support annexes (UMR VM/IM).
• Exposure to account control agreements and other master agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and execute master and collateral agreements (ISDA) for Barclays Markets.
• Manage transactions from inception to completion, including direct negotiation with clients and coordination with internal teams.
• Ensure MI is updated and data is managed efficiently across systems.
• Stay informed of regulatory updates and conduct due diligence in negotiations.
• Collaborate across functions to align on risk, controls and governance.
