Qualifications

• Expertise in derivatives documentation and negotiation, including ISDA Master Agreements and related amendments.
• Understanding collateral and counterparty risk frameworks, including CSA, IM/VM, and netting considerations.
• Ability to independently manage complex negotiations with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and negotiate complex derivatives documentation, ISDA master agreements, and amendments within a global institution.
• Collaborate with onboarding, credit, collateral management, treasury, tax, sales, and trading teams to facilitate client onboarding and transactions.
• Conduct due diligence, including capacity and authority assessments, netting opinions, and collateral enforceability reviews.
• Ensure documentation data integrity and stay ahead of evolving regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on risk controls and regulatory compliance in transactional documentation.
