Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Global Contract Service Macro-Distribution Senior Negotiator to support its derivatives master agreement negotiations. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and executing master and collateral agreements (ISDA) and related documents for corporate and private equity clients, managing processes from inception to completion.

You will coordinate with credit risk, sales & trading, collateral management, treasury, tax and onboarding, updating MI and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in derivatives master documentation, ISDA and related agreements.
• Knowledge of collateral arrangements and credit support annexes.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and execute ISDA master and collateral agreements.
• Coordinate with credit risk, legal, sales/trading and collateral management.
• Contribute to timely completion of transactional documents.
