Job summary

Crayola in Easton, PA seeks a Sr Manager to provide vision and leadership for global IS infrastructure and operations. You will oversee hardware, software, networks, and data centers, setting standards and policies to maximize reliability and security across the organization.

Responsibilities include disaster recovery planning, patching coordination, and project leadership for upgrades, with on-call support as needed. Requires strong communication and a track record in IT leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a technical team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of infrastructure systems applicable to a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to respond to 24-7 operations and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, leadership, direction and support for global IS infrastructure.
• Maintain enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure standards.
• Manage deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware, software, networks and data centers.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and testing for global IT operations.
• Coordinate patching, OS deployment and software updates with IS teams.
• Produce documentation and reports on system performance and reliability.
• Lead projects and upgrades and provide on-call support as needed.
