Colliers Engineering & Design seeks an experienced Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead the enterprise infrastructure team. You will direct day-to-day operations, drive reliability, and partner with cybersecurity, software development, and regional IT teams to support growth and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years IT infrastructure with 3+ years in leadership/supervisory roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments and multi-office operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of enterprise infrastructure services across networking, servers, cloud, storage, identity, backups, and monitoring.
• Ensure availability, performance, reliability, scalability, and security through proactive monitoring and capacity planning.
• Oversee incident response, problem management, root-cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
• Establish and report on operational metrics, targets, and continual improvement initiatives.
• Ensure changes follow governance, risk management, and change management processes.
• Develop and enforce infrastructure standards, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Manage lifecycle activities including upgrades, patching, and technology refresh.
