Responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and brokers on booking, tracking, and delivery.
• Partner with customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely entry filings.
• Analyze freight cost, transit time, and service KPIs.
• Support reporting and dashboards for inbound performance.
• Identify process gaps across import execution and compliance.
• Validate freight invoices, duties, and taxes.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Other projects or duties as assigned
