Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Rosemont, IL to lead analysis of complex business problems and support implementation of supply chain solutions across systems and processes.

You will own end-to-end delivery of initiatives, drive process improvements, and promote adoption of system capabilities while collaborating with stakeholders and IT. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience are required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, information systems, or related discipline with 2+ years of supply chain experience
• Strong working knowledge of supply chain processes (demand planning, replenishment, inventory management, order management, or logistics)
• Experience with supply chain or enterprise systems (planning systems, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms)
• Proven ability to lead issue resolution, coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and application owners
• Experience managing change control, testing (UAT), and production support activities

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of complex business problems and support implementation of supply chain solutions
• Translate business requirements into system and process outcomes
• Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives
• Lead process improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and users
