Job summary

Fragomen in Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Business Immigration Consultant to deliver world-class client service and immigration strategy. The role involves handling complex employment-based immigration matters, preparing and filing petitions, and mentoring junior staff.

The successful candidate will oversee case progress, advise on policy changes, and collaborate across teams to improve processes, while operating in a hybrid office setting in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree, Paralegal certification or equivalent client-facing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of business immigration experience.
• Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to proofread and draft clearly.
• Experience using MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform substantive client-facing work including case preparation and filings with agencies.
• Oversee case status using management and billing systems and generate reports.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert in employment-based immigration for the team.
• Collaborate with clients on intake, case strategy, and process improvements.
• Produce clear written work products and communicate case progress and deadlines.
