Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage client assignments with minimal supervision, including case preparation, filing, and strategy development for complex immigration matters.
• Research complex technical immigration issues, formulate solutions, and use legal precedents to address client situations.
• Develop expert understanding of client bases, industries, and firm services; build strong client relationships through meetings, briefings, and proactive communication.
• Directly or indirectly supervise junior Associates and other staff, providing mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
• Contribute to marketing and business development efforts, identify opportunities for process improvement, ensure compliance with firm standards and protocols.
• Prior team management experience is preferred.
