Job summary

AMD is seeking a Senior Manager, Global GSI Programs & Operations to lead GSI business operations, strategic program management, and sales cadence across AMD’s global partner network. The role combines hands-on execution with strategic leadership, requiring deep experience with GSI partnerships, pipeline analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will own operating cadences, manage complex programs, and produce executive-ready content that informs leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong, direct experience working with Global Systems Integrators and GSI partnership or alliance organizations
• Deep understanding of GSI business models, partner motions, joint go-to-market strategies, pipeline development, and sales execution
• Hands-on sales and business operations experience, including pipeline management, deal inspection, reporting, forecasting, and sales cadences
• Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including executive presentation development and storytelling with data
• Strong listening skills and ability to influence across organizational levels without direct authority

Responsibilities

• Own and drive key operating cadences across the Global GSI organization, including pipeline reviews, sales cadence calls, forecast discussions, business reviews, and leadership operating meetings
• Work directly within CRM, sales, and reporting systems to review pipeline, inspect opportunities and deals, validate information, and identify gaps
• Prepare agendas, content, data, and insights for recurring GSI sales and business reviews
• Track decisions, actions, owners, and commitments and drive follow-through across the organization
• Partner with GSI sales leaders to improve pipeline visibility, deal progression, forecasting discipline, and execution
• Identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities and translate them into actionable insights for leadership
• Lead multiple high-priority GSI programs and projects from planning through execution and measurement
• Develop clear project plans, milestones, ownership, dependencies, success measures, and governance
• Build scalable frameworks and operating models for global GSI partnerships
• Coordinate work across teams and geographies to keep priorities aligned
• Proactively identify risks and blockers and drive resolution
• Maintain execution discipline across initiatives and translate commitments into outcomes
• Support operational execution of AMD's GSI strategy with major partners
• Translate partner strategies into actionable priorities, programs, and sales motions
• Connect partner initiatives to pipeline creation, deal progression, and growth
• Governance and business reviews with GSI partners ensuring clarity of priorities and actions
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting for GSI pipeline and partner performance
• Analyze sales and partner data to identify trends and insights
• Synthesize information into executive-ready narratives
• Support forecasting, prioritization, and performance management
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting
• Develop executive presentations, QBRs, and leadership communications
