  • Deep understanding of GSI business models, partner motions, joint go-to-market strategies, pipeline development, and sales execution
  • Strong program and project management capabilities, with demonstrated success driving multiple complex initiatives from planning through execution
  • Hands-on sales and business operations experience, including pipeline management, deal inspection, reporting, forecasting, and sales cadences
  • Comfort working directly in CRM, sales, reporting, and analytics systems to pull information, investigate deals, validate data, and develop business insights
  • Ability to turn business data and operational detail into clear executive-level content, recommendations, and actions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise technology sales and partner ecosystems
  • Ability to independently identify problems, create structure, propose solutions, and drive execution with minimal direction
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including executive presentation development and storytelling with data
  • Strong listening skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence across organizational levels without direct authority
  • Positive, action-oriented mindset with exceptional follow-through, accountability, and attention to detail
