AMD is seeking a Director, GSI Partner Development Manager to lead global partnerships with strategic partners. You will own partner strategy, engagement, and growth, working with AMD Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to craft differentiated solutions and drive revenue.

This remote role requires executive presence, strong alliance leadership, and the ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations across AI, cloud, data center, and enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing strategic GSI, alliance, cloud, OEM, or enterprise technology partnerships.
• Executive relationship building with senior leaders internally and externally.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and joint go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to develop and execute joint business plans delivering revenue growth.
• Proven track record of partner-led revenue, pipeline and sales.

Responsibilities

• Own global relationships with assigned GSI partners and drive growth.
• Lead joint business planning and executive communications.
• Drive partner-led pipeline development and market expansion.
• Coordinate solution development and marketing programs with AMD teams.
• Manage partner funding and MDF with ROI focus.
