Job summary

Rubrik seeks a senior leader to own and scale partnerships with Cognizant and TCS across the Americas, driving pipeline, bookings and co-sell motions with strong executive sponsorship.

You will coordinate with global GTM priorities, manage quarterly enablement milestones, and accelerate adoption of Rubrik’s portfolio across large GSI teams, with travel 50%+. This role demands strategic relationship-building, market insight, and operational rigor to forecast and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record partnering with Cognizant and/or TCS or similar GSIs at national/global level.
• Ability to set up and run senior GSI meetings with executives from day one.
• Experience leading as primary conduit for vendor field and GSI partner collaboration.
• Ability to accelerate a large partner organization's product adoption to drive bookings.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run senior GSI meetings with Cognizant and TCS executives (QBRs, briefings).
• Serve as main conduit between Rubrik field and GSI partners for new logos, pipeline, and co-sell business development.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-sell motions, campaigns, and account mapping.
• Accelerate partner adoption of Rubrik products, track certifications, and delivery readiness.
• Represent Rubrik's and partners' joint value propositions to customers and partner leadership.
• Identify top accounts and coordinate with Rubrik sales for opportunities and planning.
• Define partner sales processes and paths to contract closure for forecasting.
• Build an ecosystem with OEMs/ISVs like Microsoft and AWS to reinforce joint solutions.
• Own partner cost models and incentive structures for economic advantage.
