Job summary

Allegro Home Delivery, a division of ACS Logistics Holdings, seeks a Senior Account Manager to own a major strategic account. You will manage client communication, invoicing accuracy, and hands‑on service delivery while leading a dedicated account team across international and domestic air and ground freight.

You will coordinate with operations, carriers, customs/compliance, and finance to ensure high‑quality service and profitability, traveling as needed to client sites and gateways.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Account Management, Freight/Logistics Operations, or Transportation Management.
• Direct experience with air and ground freight, international and domestic shipments.
• Experience supervising a team, including coaching and performance management.
• Knowledge of freight invoicing, rate/accessorial reconciliation, and billing dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own client communication and relationships across international and domestic freight.
• Lead the account team with coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee end‑to‑end freight execution and cross‑border documentation and compliance.
• Own performance reporting, invoicing, and account profitability discussions with leadership.
