Job summary

ACS Logistics Holdings is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own a strategic freight account, spanning international and domestic air and ground movements. You will lead a dedicated team, manage client communications, and ensure accurate invoicing while coordinating with operations, carriers, and finance.

The role requires a senior operator with strong leadership, relationship management, and data-driven reporting skills to deliver high-quality service across lanes and modes.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Account Management or Freight/Logistics Operations.
• Direct experience with air and ground freight, international and domestic.
• Experience supervising a team, including coaching and scheduling.
• Data-driven with ability to build and present performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own client communication and build trusted relationships across levels.
• Lead the account team and coordinate scheduling, coverage, and development.
• Oversee end-to-end freight execution for international and domestic moves.
• Manage end-to-end invoicing, reconciliation, and finance partnerships.
• Provide performance reporting and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
