Job summary

Align Technology seeks a mid to senior-level FP&A Sr. Manager to support strategic planning, annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, and quarterly closes by partnering with global finance teams.

You will provide budgeting, planning, analysis and reporting to influence decision-making and improve performance, ensuring Align's short- and long-term strategy remains in place for overall business success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business; Masters preferred (CPA/MBA is a plus).
• 8-10+ years of FP&A experience in a public company with >$4B revenue.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOD, Audit Committee and all C-level financial presentations.
• Update monthly financial reporting package for senior management.
• Consolidate financials and set forecasting calendar for budgeting/forecasting cycles.
• Drive global finance teams to complete forecasting, reporting, budgeting and other corporate requirements.
• Prepare and book journal entries monthly for corporate items.
• Analyze spending against forecast and budget; identify opportunities for savings.
• Forecast balance sheet and cash flow; develop standard templates for consolidation.
