Job summary

Align's FP&A team is seeking an agile and technically strong Finance Manager, Product & Technology, to partner with our Product, Engineering and Clinical teams. In this role, you will influence management decisions, lead changes, and support Align's growth.

This is a full-time, 5 days in office role located in San Jose, California. You will build ROI analyses, drive business case analyses, and help create annual operating plans and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience supporting Technology and/or R&D/G&A organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build ROI rationalization and portfolio metrics with cross-functional teams.
• Drive business case analyses to prioritize functionality and modernization.
• Create annual operating plans, forecasts and long-term strategic plans.
• Prepare materials for Monthly Reporting Packages, QBRs and Board presentations.
• Ensure disciplined financial management with real-time expense oversight.
