The Simplot Company seeks a Senior Finance Business Partnering Analyst for the Global McDonald’s unit in Boise, Idaho. This role provides financial guidance and strategic insights to support decision-making across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and regional teams.

You will develop models, analyze profitability, support annual planning, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive customer growth and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from a 4-year college or university.
• 8+ years related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and graphs.
• Experience using Power BI or data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, profitability metrics, and KPIs.
• Serve as the primary finance partner for the McDonald's business, providing insights.
• Develop models, proformas, and business cases for opportunities and proposals.
• Assess profitability, pricing impacts, and business risks with stakeholders.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and monthly business reviews.
• Lead projects to improve efficiency, accuracy, and financial visibility.
