McDonald’s is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the Global Finance team in Chicago. This role provides financial expertise and strategic partnership to Corporate departments, helping translate spend drivers into clear, actionable insights for budget decisions and strategic initiatives.

The Senior Finance Business Partner supports the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and month-end close, while managing operating expenses and capital expenditures.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of FP&A or related experience; Big 4 preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact across disciplines and cultures.
• Strategic mindset with bias toward action and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Act as one of the Finance Business partners.
• Assist with special projects and cost-benefit analyses.
• Explain spend drivers within Global Finance and leadership.
• Build relationships with VPs and teams to enable budgeting decisions.
• Contribute to annual budget and quarterly forecast.
• Support month-end close, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Manage all components of Global Finance spend.
• Collaborate across Corporate Controller Group and other departments.
