Job summary

The Simplot Company is seeking a senior finance leader for NA Supply Chain Fleet Operations. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, month-end close, reporting, and internal controls to support operational decisions.

You will lead a team of Accounting Assistants and collaborate with Transportation, Warehousing, and Procurement teams to drive efficiency and accuracy across the supply chain. This hybrid role requires regular presence in Boise and Caldwell facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field required.
• 5+ years related experience and/or training.
• CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain processes for accurate operational and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Fleet management on budgets and forecasts.
• Perform accounting activities including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports and ensure proper cost data allocation.
• Manage a small team of Accounting Assistants handling carrier payments and billing.
• Hybrid role requiring presence in Boise and Caldwell offices.
