Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in financial planning and analysis, finance business partnering, or a related finance function.
• Experience designing and improving repeatable planning processes that align with operational and commercial rhythms.
• Experience supporting financial performance in a sales and operations planning environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing direct and indirect teams.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams in a complex organization.
• Strong financial acumen across planning, pricing, supply chain finance, valuation, and performance analysis.
• Ability to distill complex financial information into clear analysis, decisions, and recommendations for audiences from operating teams to executive leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning tools, techniques, systems, and business data environments.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships, influence decisions, and lead through collaboration across business and corporate functions.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with effective execution in a dynamic, multi-division business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AgriBusiness Retail FP&A team in the execution and continuous improvement of planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management processes.
• Drive standardization and improve quality and consistency of financial analysis; clearly communicate plans and results to stakeholders.
• Prepare for and facilitate financial review meetings during each planning cycle with meaningful insights.
• Partner with Controllership in reviews and analysis of financial results.
• Define and lead improvements to operational finance activities with Accounts Payable, Credit Management and financing, and policy compliance.
• Lead development and adoption of planning technologies, tools, systems, and data solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to AgriBusiness Retail leadership by translating complex financial information into practical analysis and recommendations.
• Provide leadership and development for direct and indirect team members; build cross-functional partnerships across the organization.
• Act as active member of the AgriBusiness Finance leadership team; contribute to finance strategy and policies.
• Coordinate finance work across Technology and Data Science, Corporate Finance and Treasury, Controllership, and other partners.
