Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A or related analytical finance experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to analyze results and communicate clearly to finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with SAP or BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Finance and business partners to support decision‑making.
• Coordinate and support global forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Support month‑end close and management reporting by validating information.
• Perform detailed variance and trend analysis across actuals, forecast, budget and prior periods.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools for forecasting and decision making.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial analysis for Finance leadership and partners.
• Manage and maintain financial data with accuracy, consistency and controls.
• Identify and implement FP&A process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Develop reporting tools, templates, models and documentation for FP&A.
