Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead (Sponsor dedicated) to drive pre-award feasibility across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will independently manage RFPs, analyze complex data, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define study sites and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team settings.
• Ability to present complex scientific/clinical data and analyses.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Proven bid text development and strategic sales aptitude.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFPs and paid feasibility assessments across indications with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Identify solutions for non-standard requests and apply broad knowledge.
• Liaise with stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocols, and timelines.
• Mentor team members and support department staff development.
• Coordinate work across team during multi-study programs.
• Support management in achieving business objectives and metrics.
• Review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs with internal units.
• Perform literature research to provide background information.
• Prepare materials for bid defenses and meetings under supervision.
• Develop metrics to measure feasibility, recruitment support, and site selection.
• Maintain comprehensive data records in internal libraries.
• Evaluate new informatics tools relevant to feasibility assessment.
