Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will independently manage RFPs and paid feasibility assessments, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality site feasibility analyses and recruitment insights.

The role requires a strong scientific background, exceptional English communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Able to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Ability to present complex data and analysis clearly.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry standards.
• Strong sales and bid text development skills.

Responsibilities

• Works independently with minimal oversight on RFPs and paid feasibility.
• Manages multiple assignments across therapeutic areas.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies knowledge to complex tasks.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines.
• Mentors junior staff as directed by line manager.
• Coordinates team work in multi-study programs.
• Supports management in achieving business objectives.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders to support study strategies.
