Job summary

Provisur is seeking a Senior Export Shipping Coordinator to manage international shipments from order processing to delivery. You will document, schedule, track, and ensure compliance with trade and customs requirements.

The role requires 1–2 years in shipping or logistics, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with several departments to maintain on‑time performance. This is a full‑time on‑site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or related field preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills to analyze data, identify trends and priorities.
• Basic knowledge of international shipping and export documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily export shipment process from order readiness through carrier pickup.
• Prepare and verify shipping information and export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues and prevent delays.
• Monitor reports, open orders, and aging shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies and assist with export claims as needed.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in company systems.
