Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing and accounts receivable experience, including export documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare packing lists, shipping documents, invoices and related documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and freight forwarders on shipment status and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with export controls and ACE postings.
• Process letters of credit and foreign government requirements as needed.
• Respond to a high volume of emails and requests promptly.
