Job summary

Provisur Technologies GmbH in Illinois is seeking a Senior Export Shipping Coordinator to manage international shipments from order processing to final delivery, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with trade and customs rules.

You will coordinate with Order Entry, Warehouse, Export, Purchasing, and Aftermarket teams, prepare invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, and drive on-time performance for shipments to China, South America, and Canada.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years shipping/logistics or related experience preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of international shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily export shipment process from order readiness through carrier pickup.
• Analyze backlog and prioritize shipments to improve order flow.
• Prepare and verify shipping information and export documents.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues and prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in company systems.
• Support worldwide exports, primarily to China, South America, and Canada.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies.
