Provisur Technologies in Mokena, IL seeks a Senior Export Shipping Coordinator to manage international shipments from order readiness through final delivery. You will ensure accurate documentation, compliance with trade regulations, and timely carrier pickups.

The role requires 1–2 years in shipping/logistics, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of export processes. You will collaborate with multiple departments to resolve issues and improve performance while supporting global shipments to China,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills to analyze data and identify trends.
• Basic knowledge of international shipping and export documentation.
• Proficiency with Outlook and shipping/PeopleSoft systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily export shipment process from order readiness through carrier pickup.
• Analyze aftermarket backlog and prioritize shipments to reduce backlog and improve order flow.
• Prioritize urgent shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and verify shipping info and export docs (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues and prevent delays.
• Monitor daily export reports, open orders, and aging shipments for timely completion.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies and delivery issues.
• Support freight and export claims as needed.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in company systems.
• Identify recurring issues and help improve export processes.
