Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with international shipping.
• General knowledge of ERP systems.
• General knowledge of inventory control.
• Strong Microsoft Excel/Outlook/communication skills.
• Pallet jack operation.
• HAZMAT certified.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create, fulfill and close production orders.
• Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve complaints.
• Prepare shipping quotes for customers.
• Negotiate shipping fees with couriers.
• Address shipment and inventory issues.
• Monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
• File Electronic Export Information into U.S. Customs and Border Protection database.
• Transact all receipts and/or shipments in ERP system.
