Job summary

UPS is seeking a responsible Export Coordinator to manage international air export shipments, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution. The role emphasizes integrity, attention to detail, and decisive action in a fast-paced environment.

The Export Coordinator will maintain shipment data in Maestro, handle AES filings, and liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams to uphold service excellence.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customs operations, laws and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems.
• Experience with AES filing and export compliance processes.
• Minimum 2 years in export freight forwarding or logistics coordination (air export desired).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air export shipments from origin to final destination.
• Maintain accurate shipment data in the Maestro system.
• Prepare and verify export documentation; coordinate with Customer Service for missing info.
• Communicate with carriers, customers and internal teams on shipment status.
