Job summary

Rochester Sensors seeks a Global Export Compliance Manager to lead the worldwide export compliance program. You will ensure adherence to EAR, ITAR, OFAC and related regulations, supervising licensing, screening, and risk assessments while partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Finance and Legal across our global operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in export/trade compliance, with strong analytical and communication skills and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years in export/trade compliance or related regulatory function.
• Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC.
• Experience with licensing, ECCN determinations and screening.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop global trade compliance policies and governance frameworks.
• Manage export control classifications and ECCN determinations.
• Oversee restricted party screening and sanctions compliance.
• Lead cross-border export licensing activities and audits.
• Provide risk assessments and compliance program updates to leadership.
